The only downside of this particular hotel is the lack of an iron in the room. As someone who travels frequently around the world, I've stayed in numerous hotels, particularly with chains like IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, Ramada, and Hyatt. These hotels consistently provide an iron in the room, which is especially important for travelers, whether they are there for leisure or business. Business travelers, in particular, need to prepare for meetings and events in proper attire, and having an iron in the room is essential for this. It was quite inconvenient to find that the only iron available was in the lobby, requiring me to take all my clothes downstairs to iron and then bring them back up. I strongly suggest that the hotel consider providing an iron in every room to improve the guest experience, especially for those visiting for business purposes. I will not be booking any more with your hotel, it's better to find another one that provide iron box in every room.

Camas com colchao afundado, no quarto que ficamos, parecia que a janela estava aberta, zero acustica. Unico ponto positivo é o senhor que atende no bar, muito prestativo. Cardapio do bar é bem servido, mas o preco é bem salgado. No check-in, nós dissemos boa noite e a atendente nem respondeu, respostas curtas e rispidas. No check-out nao foi diferente. Café da manha bom, mas as funcionarias com umas caras que pareciam que estavam ali fazendo um favor. Ja ficamos hospedados nesse hotel por varias vezes e percebemos que nao está havendo muita manutencao.

Sim, o quarto estava todo desarrumado pela segunda vez. O quarto é bom, o café da manhã é no máximo razoável, mas o problema mesmo foi o serviço. No check in, quiseram me cobrar as diárias, sendo que eu já havia pagado via Hotels.com. Chamaram outra pessoa, que viu que realmente já estava pago, e então me entregaram o cartão de acesso ao quarto. De noite, ao voltar do jantar, o cartão de acesso ao quarto não passou. Precisei descer na recepção 3x, e 3x não deu certo. Na 4a vez a atendente me acompanhou, e então percebeu que o problema estava na fechadura da porta, não no cartão de acesso. Chamaram um técnico e nisso eu tive que aguardar cerca de 1h pra conseguir entrar no meu quarto. No segundo dia, saí para trabalhar (estava em Brusque a trabalho) e qual não foi minha surpresa ao voltar e ver que meu quarto não havia sido limpo naquele tempo fora. O hotel é caro, então no mínimo deveria haver serviço de limpeza todos os dias. No terceiro dia, quando saí, fui fazer check out e tinha uma fila grande na recepção. Isto porque o atendente estava "fazendo o imposto", então formava uma fila enorme e o check out, que é pra ser mais rápido do que o check in, demorou horrores. Gostaria de acrescentar que a academia é ruim, tem duas esteiras extremamente velhas em que uma não funciona e na outra só o botão de liga/desliga funciona, os botões de outras funcionalidades não operam. Sinceramente, hotel caro para o que oferece de serviço. OBS.: exceção feita ao senhor do bar do hotel, que foi simpático e me fez uma caipirinha excelente

Primeiramente fizemos o checkin as 14h e já na entrada informaram que a piscina estava em manutenção, e justamente havíamos entrado cedo para tentar descansar na piscina, pois tínhamos campeonato no dia seguinte, o que não foi possível e a diária foi cobrada integramente mesmo sem acesso ao serviço. Na sequencia, quando queríamos tomar banho, não tinha agua quente nos chuveiros, e assim permaneceu ate o dia seguinte, a todo questionamento, eles respondiam que em 1h seria resolvido, que o caminhão pipa estava a caminho, mas, ficamos sem agua quente e consequentemente banho até a manha do dia seguinte. Por fim, informamos na reserva a restrição alimentar a leite e glutem, e não havia nenhuma opção no café da manha. experiencia horrível!
