The number of young ladies I saw with older males was appalling. Twice I watched staff let them up on the elevator. The are not likely minors but very close. Ruined my pool visit and I didn’t go back. On arrival you tried to overcharge me and I was not able to check out in local currency. Only USD. She said it was my card but 15 minutes later I bought my breakfast in colones. Food was mediocre. Room was nice.

We had a balcony room on the 6th floor. It was clean, big and beautiful with a comfortable bed. We used the hotel transfer from the airport which was great! We tried all the restaurants at the hotel. The food was excellent and the service was fine. We loved the pool and the beachfront! This is not a party place but relaxing and safe. We went on 2 excursions through the hotel- waterfall tour and Manuel Antonio NP. The hotel staff booked our excursions and they were fantastic! We also rode the horses in front of the hotel at the beach. It was also excellent! We had a wonderful time in CR!

The staff was amazing and helped with so many details: rides, contacting excursion companies, nearby resturants, sewing kit, everything! The room, restaurants, pool was very clean. The service was great. Loved it so much.

The location convenient. Has private beach. But they don’t have any beach chairs. The pools were good. There was no coffee in the room. Although there were cups. The food and ever was super pricy. Casino is good, but if you are not into casino, then it’s not worth staying here.

The food that restaurant next to the pool is better than the restaurants inside. The customer service wasn’t that great at the restaurants. We had to ask 4 times for our check and when we received it there were 2 items that didn’t belong to us. Everything is extremely expensive and the quality of food is good. The rooms were beautiful and clean and that staff was great.

Clean room, staff are very friendly. Nice beach and pool. Good place to stay. Just not a lot to do in the resort and not very convenient in the surrounding area.
