The house is located in the southern area of Jaco, which still preserves the calm and green environment of the mountains, as well as a great opportunity to find fascinating fauna such as scarlet macaws, mixed with impressive sunsets full of peace and energy.

We are in the Ciudad del Mar condominium, Jacó, Costa Rica, an excellent location since it is in an intermediate point that allows you to easily travel to various tourist areas of the country.

In addition, due to the good location of the place, it is very accessible for delivery services such as uber eats, so you can simply relax.

Pets: We love animals! However, due to condominium regulations, only service animals are allowed. If you're traveling with a service animal, please let us know in advance and be sure to bring the proper documentation, as it will need to be presented to the security guards upon entry.

✓ Parties are not allowed, this community is a family place.
✓ Smoking is not allowed inside the house (otherwise we will proceed with the additional charge of furniture cleaning and odor removal fees, since we always try to deliver the house to our guests in the best conditions)
✓ The entry into the community of company ladies or activities related to prostitution is not allowed.
✓ Pets are not suitable for this house: we know that they are part of the family, however our home is not suitable to host them and they could be stressed, in addition, due to condominium regulations they are not allowed in common areas.
✓ The gym is for the exclusive use of resident owners.
✓ The departure is at 11 am: we ask you to please be very punctual in this, since the health and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance, which is why we carry out an exhaustive cleaning of all the houses with each departure, in order to try to guarantee a completely clean space.
✓ Being a condominium there are some basic rules of coexistence, so a maximum of X people per house are allowed to enter the condominium, prior registration of the same (full name and identification number required).

The community of Ciudad del Mar is really beautiful, however, keep in mind that being a new place, there are still constructions in progress in some parts, so it is possible that during the day you can hear sounds caused by them. Even so, the beauty of the condominium and the excellent location are superior.
