The water pressure and temperature inn the shower drops constantly. Housekeeping was a bit lacking, always forgetting hand towels etc. Restaurant staff were top notch and variety of food changed daily. Reception staff seemed pre occupied all the time. The area around the hotel not really walkable but far away from everything. Over all property itself was ok.

The staff and management were completely unprofessional throughout my stay. Room service was slow and careless, and the rooms themselves were extremely basic, definitely not worth the price. I tried raising my concerns with management, but they never responded. It’s clear they don’t value guest feedback. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The room was clean & spacious , convenient was the airpaort was near by however going towards the main bazar ,traffic was quite heavy,finding transport was diffiicult. Members of staff at the hotel were helpful.i would stay at the hotel again in future if i visit jaipur again.
