- A security deposit of $500 (applied to your credit card as a hold) is required

***At Villa Verde, we provide 40 kWh of electricity per night, which is perfect for evening air-conditioning when windows and doors are closed. Guests are responsible for the full cost of their consumption above 40kwh per day, which will be calculated at the end of the stay at a rate of $0.50 per kWh. The amount will be deducted from the security deposit. We recommend using the air-conditioning primarily at night with doors and windows closed and enjoying the island breeze during the day to help keep usage (and costs) lower.
