Terrible customer service. Everything is run down and the person working the front desk is rude and has the communication skills of a toddler. When you asked questions all he would do was point at signs posted around the office. I would recommend that anyone wanting to stay in the area to just drive an extra 15 miles and stay in Grove

The motel was fine for our stay. We needed a place to sleep with our small dog so she could go potty outside without needing stairs, and was an easy access to the highway to in-laws house. The room was clean, nice and cool or warm when the weather changed and very nice and quiet. Nothing special but we just needed a place to sleep at nice. the young man at reception was nice at check in and we had no problems the 2 nights we stayed there. I would say, do not allow your children to use the remote, the cable needs to be limited in the higher numbers. Not that you can use them without paying , but the channels available would not be ones I would want my grandchildren to be able to read.

Don’t do it.

Absolutely disgusting. Hair on the mattress pad, foul smell, just all around old and dirty. We requested a refund before leaving and finding somewhere else to stay. We’ll see if I get it.

In order to check in or out you have to call the office. There is an interior door knob with lock on the room door with no dead bolt or security latch.

Young man that checked us is was less than polite. Big holes in the bathroom door, ashtray in non smoking room and smelled of smoking, smoke detector was gone except wires, refrigerator looked like it had fallen from the truck. The shower was ok and bed was good except for the 6” bar the stuck out below the bed that was painful when hit. I gave it a 2 because we slept ok.

This is the only hotel in the área. If you can stay in Grove, do it. I had paid for two rooms. Once I get there, I was told that I had only paid for one. After, I showed him my reservation he decided to give me the other room. The TV in our room only could display one channel. When I went to ask him for a solution, he apologized and said they were sold out and that I could maybe download the Roku app if I had a smart phone. Oh, bring your own breakfast as you will not find much food to eat. He had two gallon bottles of milk in the little fridge. One was empty, and the other one had maybe half a cup of milk. He also had some old cereal and same nasty looking cookies. It is not our first time there, but we were there for a funeral and Grove was a bit far from our family.

Upon check in, we had to wait 5-10 min for someone to come to the desk, couldnt understand what he was saying. There was absolutely no hot water, barely got luke warm, called front desk and no one answered so we had to drive to the office, wait another 5-10 min for yet a different person to come help us. Then told we could use a community area? No thank you. I would have to drive to that area, as there was snow and we werent going to walk, then drive back to our room, wet from having showered in a different room. Not pleased with this visit
