If you call reception request anything you will never get service. In the restaurant I bought sprite one day for $4 Next day I was charged $6 when they realize I was foreigner. I was requesting working television until they finally decided to move me to a room with television. Breakfast time is 7 am and they didn’t open till 7:45 I accidentally booked extra day by mistake request if they can honor when I return they said deal with Expedia. I requested room cleaning in the morning when I return 4 pm still not done
