The Palm - Renovated w/ Game Room!

The Palm is THE vacation home you've been waiting on all winter!

This beautiful newly renovated 3 bed 2.5 bath townhouse-style duplex has everything you need.

The home is a quick 5 minute stroll to direct beach access. It also has 4 bicycles available for use exploring the island and views of the 13th green of the golf course!

Inside you are greeted by a comfy living room, chef's kitchen and a game room that has foosball and Connect 5. When you head upstairs you have three comfortable, stylishly-decorated bedrooms. Both full bathrooms are upstairs and one half bathroom is downstairs.

Each bedroom has a smart TV for you to stream your favorite programs. There is also high speed wireless internet.

The backyard is fully fenced in with a privacy fence separating it from the other half of the duplex so you don't share the yard with anyone. You have lots of space to enjoy the natural beauty, light up the firepit and barbeque on the propane grill. This home is pet-friendly so please bring your fur babies to enjoy island time with you!

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Other things to note:

Jekyll Island is a state park and as part of conservation, there is a $10 per day parking fee collected at the time you enter the island. You can pay by cash or credit card.

There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

Getaway Weekend

Quick little familybtrip

The pictures are exactly what this home looks like. My sister, brother -in-law and myself stayed for four nights and lived this little home. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the neighborhood as we were coming and going. I would definitely stay here again. East communication with management/owner. Easy check-in and check-out.

Super cute duplex in very close proximity to the beach and the walking/biking trails Jekyll offers. Brought our dogs and it was perfect for them too with the fenced in backyard. Great stay!

Little slice of Heaven

This property is great for a famoly or a couple. It has plenty of room for a crowd, but also privacy when you need it. The decor was beautiful and beachy. The neighborhood is quiet. Our neighbors were friendly. We were very close to the beach and amenities. The property manager was communicative and responsive to our needs. Absolutely recommend this property if you're looking forna great place to vacation in Jekyll Island. and

Perfect Stay on Jekyll

We were on Jekyll for me to work the first two days and pleasure the last two days. The duplex was a very short walk to the beach and was spotless clean. We brought our 2 year old Golden Doodle and he enjoyed the fenced in back yard and guarding the house from the countless deer that stopped by all times of the day and night. This home is perfect for a family or a couple and comes with everything you need. Several restaurants are within biking distance and 5 adult bikes are provided. You can’t go wrong staying at this property.

Continent well appointed

We came to town for a hockey tournament at the nearby, in-line skating arena. The house is extremely close by and very convenient. The house was well appointed and made a quick busy stay as enjoyable as possible.

Giving Jekyll a try

We decided to come back to Jekyll after many years because we can take our small dog on the beach. The accommodations were very nice. Jekyll really needs a coffee shop, food market that does not rob people and some good restaurants.

Relaxing Family Fun

The house is even more beautiful in person. It is clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The host has thought of everything you might need. We had so much fun in the backyard grilling and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The beach was a short walk filled with many wildlife sightings. The dogs loved the yard and beach too! It was so nice they were welcomed with their own area in the kitchen with bowls waiting for them!
