Gave away our room

While en route to the hotel, I received notification that I had checked in and was charged for 2 nights. While still 20 minutes away, I called the hotel and was informed that they did not have my reservation and couldn't help me. With four people almost 3 hours away we were left to fend for ourselves after dark. Hotels.com tried to help and we were offered one night, but that did not solve our problem. We were able to secure a room on our own and were not charged, but it was a stressful experience and very disappointing.

I loved how convenient it was to be out of the city but have access to the NY city. I like the hotel. Loved the free breakfast every morning. Don’t like that the table foot was broken. But it was repaired promptly. Loved how close it was to restaurants and a mall that you could shop for anything. Loved the free parking even though it wasn’t exclusive to the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when coming to visit NYC.

It's pretty old and shabby. Not very clean: very dirty windows, toothpaste marks in the bathroom, someone's trash in one on the trash cans... Smells weed from ventilation, the water in the pool muddy. The breakfast very poor. But the hotel has convenient 2 king size beds rooms.

This hotel was a great find. The best thing is they serve free breakfast every morning so I didn’t have to worry about getting breakfast from outside sources. The transportation was excellent because it’s right across the street buses that take you to either NY or The American dream mall. We went everywhere on the bus and transferred over to the subway at the Port Authority.

OK stay serving it’s purpose

The hotel allowed our family of 6 to stay in one room which is a plus and why we choose this hotel above similar hotels in the area. Overall, we rated the hotel as OK since it served our main purpose which was easy access in to Manhattan via the 320 bus. However, given we had six guests we didn’t have an adequate supply of towels or toilet roll from the cleaners but had to request it daily from hotel reception. Breakfast was limited in terms of hot food and the waffle maker had long wait times. Staff nice and friendly throughout and hotel was clean and comfortable.

I recently stayed at Harmony Suits and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety of options. The pool area was peaceful, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. Location-wise, it’s just a short walk from restaurants and shops, but still quiet enough to relax. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We returned based on our first experience. The location is perfect for traveling into NYC on a budget. The bus stop to get to the city is right across from the hotel and runs frequently. The free breakfast at this hotel is top notch, with so many options. My kiddo loved having access to the pool to unwind after a day in the city. The rooms are nice, and yes even the sofa bed is comfortable. I have recommended this hotel to others and would absolutely choose this hotel again in the future.
