Eu, particularmente jamais voltaria me hospedar no Raiz. O conforto foi zero! Quarto super apertado, não tinha espaço nem mesmo pra pendurar ou guardar roupas e malas. O banheiro não tinha espaço nem pra nécessaire. Café da manhá médio, sem espaço suficiente na sombra pra tomar café. A cabana, al.de pequena demais e desconfortável, tem uma abertura na entrada e no banheiro. Por 2 vezes vi rato andando nessa abertura e quando chamei a gerente ela insistiu que se tratava de gambá. Nem mesmo quando amanhecemos com fezes de rato na cama, ela concordou que era de rato Pra mim, a estadia não foi nada agradável.

Proposta de conexão com a natureza top, experiência única. A cabana que eu fiquei foi confortável para duas pessoas. Café da manhã simples, mas para meu gosto estava ótimo. Atendimento deixou a desejar, mas não só lá como a vila em si, eles não são tã preocupados com o bom atendimento. Único ponto desagradável foi que não limparam os quartos e trocaram as roupas de cama, somente varriam e tiravam o lixo.

Cabana pequena, abafada, colchão inflável para terceira cama, café da manhã ruim, chuveiro - água batia na parede, tinha que grudar na parede para tomar banho, o pior mesmo foi o colchão para terceira cama, colchão inflável???? Numa cama quase no chão??? Muitooooo caro para ter colchão inflável. Ridículo!

Pousada incrível

A pousada é excelente. O quarto é muito aconchegante, limpo e bem cuidado. Ao lado de fora uma área verde bem preservada, o que é raro hoje em dia. O café da manhã é simplesmente delicioso. Mas o destaque fica mesmo para o atendimento impecável de toda equipe, eles são incríveis!!!!

Faltam itens básicos de conforto

A pousada tem pontos positivos e negativos. No geral, eu não a recomendaria. Já fiquei em lugares melhores e mais baratos em Jeri. Mas, considerando que as pessoas têm preferências diferentes, vou falar sobre os prós e contras. Pontos positivos: Design original e diferenciado (cabanas). Atendimento sempre muito simpático e prestativo. Pontos negativos: Não havia ar condicionado nas cabanas, mesmo na que fiquei, que era uma das mais caras. O item faz muita falta em um lugar quente, como Jeri. Não havia frigobar na cabana, outro item que fez muita falta. Barulho na vizinhança, mesmo de madrugada, atrapalhou bastante meu sono. Isso se deve à localização da pousada, muito próxima da praça principal e do seu agito noturno. Por um lado, você fica perto de tudo, por outro, pode ter seu sono prejudicado.

A melhor hospedagem de Jeri!!!

Incrível! O melhor lugar que me hospedei em Jeri, já era a sexta vez que ia para Jeri e a primeira vez no Raiz e foi além das minhas expectativas. Cabaninha super aconchegante, cama deliciosa de dormir, banheiro espaçoso, tudo muito organizado e limpo, café da manhã maravilhoso e atendimento espetacular! A galera muuuito atenciosa, nos sentimos em casa. Além de tudo, tem um mirante lindo para ver o por do sol. Iremos voltar a nos hospedar com certeza! Ah! Localização perfeita! 😍
