This two-story, three bedroom, two and a half bathroom property features open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi & Netflix, ducted heating upstairs, two balconies (one on each level) with great views, drying room and off-street parking.
The lower floor is heated by a large gas heater while the upper level has ducted heating throughout. The bedrooms are generously sized, and all have built in wardrobes as well as access to a large bathroom and separate toilet.
In close proximity to all shops, restaurants and Lake Jindabyne, guests can enjoy walks along the foreshore, fishing, water sports and mountain biking throughout the Snowy Mountains . Alternatively, it is a mere 30-minutes to the ski resorts of Perisher and Thredbo to enjoy all that brings.

No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions, and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.
Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.
Ski/Snow gear - No ski or snowboard boots to be worn inside the property. Please use space provided to store equipment.
For safety - Please turn off all lights, air-conditioning and heating (including extinguishing fireplace) when not at the property.
Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.
Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
