Pros: - Very nice breakfast. - Good location. - Parking. - Well sized rooms. Cons: - Some of the cleaning staff is rude and doesn't clean well. - The hotel allows policemen to join the breakfast buffet while carrying fire guns and large rifles. My son was very scared about it. If the hotel wants to give them food, why not allocate a special place to let then be served? - Water in the pool is very cold. - Air conditioner is very week and windows don't close properly. Would I stay there again given price and other options in João Pessoa? No.

Quarto muito amplo, café da manhã impecável. Tudo muito limpo e pessoal muito gentil. Utilizamos o restaurante para um almoço. Comida boa, bem servida e preço justo. Como melhoria sugiro que o serviço de limpeza dos apartamentos tenha horários mais coordenados porque passávamos horas fora e deixamos a indicação de limpar o quarto e o pessoal vinha depois que havíamos retornado e queríamos descansar. Outra coisa é que havia uma reforma nas piscinas no períodos em que estávamos lá o que gerava um certo barulho e transtorno, mas nada que inviabilizou uma ótima estada nossa. Recomendo e voltaria.

O atendimento por parte dos/das funcionarias é de se destacar. O café da manhã é muito bom e com muitas possibilidades tanto de sucos, como frutas, pães, tapiocas, omeletes, ovos, etc. Fiwuei uma semana e não tenho nenhum motivo que desabone o hotel.
