In summer, the region bursts to life with emerald meadows, mountain pastures, and the enchanting Sintersbach Waterfall — perfect for hikes, picnics, and unforgettable alpine moments.
Inside, the apartment blends Tyrolean warmth with modern comfort. The sunlit living and dining area invites you to unwind with a plush double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), a satellite TV, and a dining table where laughter lingers long after dinner. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, featuring a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, and a filter coffee machine — ideal for those slow mountain mornings.
The peaceful bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin, and hairdryer. A separate toilet adds convenience, while the balcony invites you to breathe in the crisp mountain air and enjoy the views of the Tyrolean peaks.
