Waterfall City CBD. Each spectacular apartment includes stunning

This studio apartment can accommodate two guests and features a
balcony, a seating area, a flat-screen TV, a fully furnished kitchen
with an oven and a microwave, and a private bathroom including a shower
in the apartment. Additionally provided are a kettle, a fridge, and a
stovetop.

about the memories and experiences that a visitor takes with them as
opposed to the location from which they check out. In order to offer

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Noise Policy: No loud noise or parties after 22:00. Always be mindful and respectful of your neighbours.
Laundry: Hanging laundry on the balcony is prohibited and subject to fines by the Body Corporate.
⚠️ Non-compliance will result in a R500 fine for the abovementioned House Rules.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable directly to us prior to check-in. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you, to meet at the property, which is situated at The Ellipse Waterfall Apartments. The entrance to the building is located in Magwa Crescent, and you will be staying at Unit 3902, which is located on the 9th Floor.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share knowledge with you about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
