Excellent service

The place was clean and the environment was good.From the friendliest receptionist Kenneth Khoza and Anne Mabyalani. Warmth welcome on our arrival .Our room was neat and clean,very cosy.As for the day diner was great on our first stay.Breakfast was awesome.We really enjoy our stay and we keep coming back again

Ok but not amazing

Staff were great. A few downsides - I requested a quiet room and got room #2 next to the entrance foyer and restaurant etc. Booked a king and got two singles. No way to modify the air conditioning. Upsides were the location to Rosebank Mall etc.

Well located, well covered stay

The hotel is well located and has all one could need for a business trip. The staff also very friendly. My only suggestion is that the speed and efficiency of laundry service could be improved.

Hello i would recommend removing the rain shower heads and using eco friendly shower heads as the rain shower heads do noy work properly in any of the rooms i have stayed in so far

Nice hotel

The service was excellent at restaurant. The breakfast buffet was nice. The area too. On the negative side, the ventilation was terribly noisy in my room, the outdoor pool is not heated and the weight training equipment in the gym is basic and insufficient

The service was excellent. Special thanks to Reagile, Veronica, Kwado and Buyelwa. The breakfast team was very nice. The welcome is very warm. This area of ​​Johannesburg is nice close to Rosebank Malo. On the other hand, the ventilation made a terrible noise in my room and the swimming pool is not heated.

The people was super nice. Tim was amazing!! Breakfast options were okay - was hoping for classic breakfast more for me. The hotel is located on a back street and is quite at night with no street lights, which could be scary.

Spacious and great location

Spacious 2 bedroom suite. Friendly staff. Great location in rosebank, within 5 minute walk of restaurants. Room plumbing and AC can be noisy. Nice varied breakfast each morning.
