Lovely quick stay

Great single night stay. Walking distance to Sandton City which is great. Only thing they need to work on is their inroom dining, I ordered a meal at 7pm, after it hadnt arrived by 8pm I phoned down again and it finally arrived around 40 minutes later. I was told it was a mix up with room numbers but surely a hotel brand of this calibre should have the room number show up on their switch board. Anyway this mishap aside the lamb was excellent and the carrot cake too. The staff where super friendly and all very accomodating. I will be back.

Lack of professionalism and common sense

Initial check in was excellent but multiple reconfirmations by 4 different staff members on extension of stay was a little excessive. Some including phone calls after 10 pm disrupting our rest others door knocks excluding my two visits to the counter to share payment confirmation and receipt from Radisson. Further training required at this property

I liked the proximity to the Gautrain and Sandton city mall. I think that the rooms lack USB jacks and they look "tired" or out of date.

Our room was not ready at check in time. The executive lounge was unstaffed, unstocked, and littered with dirty cups, glasses, and dishes. This hotel is a far cry from the Radisson Blu hotels at Durban, Andermatt, and Rouen. The breakfast good. The parking garage was secure and easy to access.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and maintained the rooms to a high standard. The bar staff were also welcoming and helpful, ensuring a great atmosphere in the lounge area. The food served was both tasty and offered great value for money. The hotel’s location and the surrounding scenery were beautiful, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. Additionally, the security guards I encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful, with one even assisting me with adjusting my tie, which I truly appreciated. My only minor concern was that at times, I had difficulty reaching room or bar service, as my calls went unanswered. Despite this, I would still consider this a good value stay overall, and I would not hesitate to return. Room 734.
