Beautiful lake house infinity pool & jacuzzi

Beautiful house with minimalist style with spectacular views and direct access to the lake, you will have everything you need to spend a wonderful stay in the company of friends and family. It has open terraces, living room and dining room which will make you enjoy the lake views to the fullest, you can sunbathe on the sunbeds in the pool and jacuzzi area. It has a large garden area and a deck next to the lake. The house is ideal for accommodating up to 12 totally comfortable people.
The space
You will have 3 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds each and 1 bedroom with a king size bed from which you can enjoy the incredible view of the lake . All with full bathroom and air conditioning The house has a spacious kitchen equipped with utensils, plates, pots, a comfortable living room and dining room. You can play on the ping pong table for a while.

Kayaks and padelboards are loaned with a $600 deposit ( cash).

The reservation includes waiter service from 9 am to 7 pm, he will support you with topics such as lights, any air-conditioned theme, provide you with the kayaks if you use them, etc. ( Do not clean , or cook) You can hire cleaning and cooking service with an extra cost of $600 ( each) per day in a schedule from 9 am to 7 pm ( The cook prepares the food with the supplies that the guest provides). The cost may vary on holidays.

Pool and Jacuzzi remain at room temperature, the normal pool temperature is 20°-23° approx., if you want pool heating service is $1,700 per day (minimum two days requested) and reaches a temperature of 23° in winter and 27° in summer and must be requested at least 4 days before arrival . ( For dates from December to February the temperature of the pool is at 20°, with heating up to 23°). To conserve a little more the heating of the pool it is necessary at night to cover the pool, the next day the boiler is turned back on and approximately at noon it is again at approximately 27°.

If you want heating for the jacuzzi the cost is $600 per day. In both cases the payment is through the platform.

The Jacuzzi is normally switched on at 38° and stored at this temperature for two hours , then the boiler switches off and remains warm.

All facilities inside the house and common areas can be used.
Other things to note
Watch out: Boat and jet skis are not rented or loaned. There is a sound system that IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED. The AC is only available at night, during the day it is not available. Due to local policies, please moderate noise and loud music after 11:00 pm . No loud music allowed after that time. No parties at night. IMPORTANT ! After the second warning for loud music, a FINE / PENALTY of $5,000 will be charged to the guest. Pets are accepted with an extra charge of $2,000 per reservation, payment is through the platform. For the use of the pool and all sports practiced , we ask you to please take the appropriate precautions to avoid accidents and the use of these facilities is at the own risk of the guest.
