Comfortable and close to town!

Cute little place within walking distance to Crossroads Cafe, JT Saloon, Sunday flea market, etc. Very comfortable, especially after a long day in the desert! Frank was a great host and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

We just stayed one night as we were passing through Joshua Tree, but it’s a super convenient location. The communication was excellent. The main bed is very comfortable. The other two mattresses were not as comfortable, but fine for a night. I would stay there again!

Good communication throughout with host. I recommend backing into driveway to make it easier on yourself. Area is fine, good food choices and conveniently located.

Place is spacious for a family but not well taken care. There were a lot of dust bunnies & the sheets on the smaller room were stained. Not sure if the place was cleaned prior to our arrival. Really close walking distance to foos & shops.
