This newly built home has all the modern day conveniences air conditioning, modern kitchen with large Italian cooking range. Comfy spacious living area and bedrooms. With 4 separate bedrooms and the option for further sleeping in the living room if there are more than 8 guests staying. Pet friendly, allowing one well behaved dog with prior notice, there is a small fenced area at the rear of the property for the dog to be let out when needed. Owners live in a separate dwelling on the property with their two dogs, available to answer any queries.
