Property going down hill.

Hotel is becoming "run down". Maintenance/condition of facilities and cleanliness are lacking. Outside property is littered with trash. Room 147 had a stained, dirty carpet. The bathtub was rusted in several places. The upholstered chair was so stained and dirty that we would not sit on it. The outside courtyard would have been a lovely place had it not been for being overgrown with weeds. The potatoes at breakfast were so hard I could not stick my fork into them. All was such a shame as I am sure this was a very nice place at one time.

Sonesta never disappoints. If they could improve anything it’s the shower head. I’m a shower snob. It was brutally slow flowing.
