Interlaken 18 - Beautiful Spacious Mountain Retreat! Views Galore.

Views. Come stay here! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath "VIEW" Interlaken condo is just waiting for you.  Recently remodeled and beautifully appointed, you will enjoy a modern, open, and clean space with comfortable furnishings including all the bells and whistles. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a tasty mountain meal.  The open concept allows for the chef to cook and visit with the group or family.  The dining table is just steps away too. The living room is very well laid out with a large sectional sofa, a comfy chair, and a flat-screen TV.  Keeping warm by the contemporary gas fireplace is a must during the cold winter months.  This condo features 3 nicely furnished, spacious bedrooms and three full baths and has a small sleeping space with trundle beds as well. There is a washer & dryer in the condo for the guest's convenience. The deck has a gas grill available all year round and a table and chairs to sit at.  The garage at this condo is NOT available for the guest to use.  There is ample parking at the Interlaken complex without having the use of the garage.  There are 3 hot tubs on the property. There are Covid restrictions and please note the hot tubs are not managed by June Lake Premier Reservations.
This is not a pet-friendly property.

Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

The Condo was beautiful! Great location. Very clean. The only down fall was the beds were super stiff, and the pillows were flat. There was 8 of us who stayed here and we did not sleep for 5 nights.

The rental had all of the amenities that we were looking for however there were a few issues that would easily turn this rental into a 5. Here are some of the issues we found while staying in this property. 1.) the BBQ grill was not in great shape and there was a lack of any tools. Especially missed was a wire brush to clean the grates. 2.) the mattresses on both the lower bunks need to be replaced as they were sagging badly on the edges and were difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep on. 3.) if there was a final check of the state of the cleanliness, they missed the dead mouse in dining room on the sticky mouse trap/pad. 4.) in reference to the #3 previous, one of the guests in the upper bedrooms experienced what could only be explained as a hole made by a rodent in one of his trousers which was being stored in one of the drawers.Finally, the last item is on us, not the on the property owners ... the climb up the stairs to the unit and up to the bedrooms was quite a climb. This would have been a consideration for us before renting the property as one of our friends is 80 years old and two others of us are in our 70's. It took a lot out of us that first day arriving and last day leaving. I think that a note that this was an upstairs unit would have been helpful.

Wonderful Visit

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Interlaken 18. The unit was perfect for our family, which included three adults and five children (ages 5 to 11). The unit is well furnished and clean, and has a great layout. The kids loved the bunk room. The views of June Mountain are stunning. Other members of our family stayed in a nearby unit at Interlaken, which was convenient. The team at June Lake Premier Reservations made the check-in and check-out process easy. We look forward to returning again sometime soon!
