Partially upgraded. With newer kitchen and bathrooms. Queen bed in master bedroom and two queen beds in loft. Great value.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Overall we had a decent experience. The kitchen has the very basics such as coffee maker, filter but no coffee and minimal dishes. Finding supplies close by was a challenge. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable. We also unfortunately lost power for over 24 hours-would have been helpful to have some supplies such as flashlights in the condo.Also note there are no beach supplies including chairs or towels included. It met our needs for the stay and enjoyed the area, just note that only the very basics are provided.

Great spot for families on the North Shore

The location is fantastic if you want to get away from it all. The beach is close, walkable or drivable. The condo beds were very comfortable and the patio furniture was quite nice to sit outside in the mornings or evenings. The place is not fancy by any means, but it served its purpose. Note that if you are staying longer than a few days, you will be buying your own toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a last minute booking and the staff are friendly, very professional, and helped us in getting a rental unit for a weekend getaway. The unit we stayed in had a second floor, loft style. The place was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the place had 2 full bathrooms with ample towels. The booking process was easy and quick. There's a swimming pool within walking distance. It's outdated but we didn't stay in the unit the whole day. It's about a 10-15 minute drive to Sharks Cove which is great for snorkeling and about a 20 minute drive to Haleiwa town (depends on traffic). We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again.
