The room was okay, spacious, and clean. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. The room had no views, and in an ancillary building. A bit disappointed that the only thing served in the morning is coffee for the price.

Location is great walking distance to local shopping, restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is nice but more of a renovated motel. The rooms are minimal and balcony decor is nice. They have a water station, free bikes and morning coffee in the lobby. Overall a bit pricey for what you get but ok for a short stay so long as the prices is lower than others.

Great location. Updated room. When I got there, I was told that parking had sold out for the day. It was a little annoying having to move my car a couple of times to check, unload, and then park elsewhere.

Very clean. Front desk helpful in local recommendations. Location great. Park at the hotel and a short walk to shopping dining very crowded area of Kona. Kona Pier. For the money great deal and location. It’s not a new hotel….but location and staff make it work. Would stay again.
