The 2 Bedroom Deluxe accommodates up to 6 guests and offers 1,095–1,601 square feet of living space. The suite features one king bed in the primary bedroom, one queen bed in the guest bedroom, and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room, along with two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, spacious living room, private balcony or patio, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, televisions, an in-room safe, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Guests can relax in two outdoor swimming pools, soak in the hot tubs, stroll through beautifully landscaped courtyards featuring waterfalls and koi ponds, or take in spectacular sunsets from the resort's oceanfront gathering areas. The peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to embrace the laid-back spirit of the Kona Coast.

Items to note:
- Beginning mid-October, 2026 and continuing through early April, 2027 a full interior refurbishment is planned for Royal Sea Cliff. During these dates, expect construction activity and noise. In addition, during these dates availability at Royal Sea Cliff will be somewhat limited.
- The resort will be undergoing exterior renovations June - December, 2026. During this time limited areas of the resort will be impacted, and you may experience noise, dust, odors, and work crews. Dates are subject to change.
- All reservations are subject to Hawaii’s Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT), collected at check-in.
- Resort faces ocean but no beach on site; not all suites have ocean views
- Closest grocery store is 2 miles
- Can walk to town (no sidewalks), but car is recommended to enjoy the area
- Free parking at the resort
- A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.
- The resort's contacting hours of operation are Monday through Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
