Not at all what I was expecting No desk service after 11pm, yelling and constant foot traffic outside my door all night Door did not close properly Only 1 outlet worked in room, and no matter how high I turned the wall dial for heat it never turned on Only stayed 1 / 3 nights booked. When I arrived there was nobody at the front desk. I called them at least 7 times and nobody answered. I had to go outside and flag down a staff member. The garbage cans were overflowing. The breakfast room was unsightly. The room was OK, the water was hot, the TV worked well. But someone had kicked in the door at some point, and there was an unsightly fix. But at least it was economical.

I paid cash in full for my entire stay. 1st room did not have any towels or garbage bags in the garbage can. I went to wash my hands and the sink was clogged. The coffee maker in the room was a single serve using a special coffee pad that you could only get from the hotel (I requested a full-size coffee maker when I made the reservation). After walking around the hotel room for about an hour the bottom of my white socks were brown. I requested another room. I was told that I could be transferred to another room the next day. next day I was transferred to another room. In the new room I turned on the TV and there was no channels just white static. A staff member came up and fixed the tv in 10-15min. I then had a shower. After my shower the bathtub taps didn’t completely shut off and was leaking water out of the bathtub faucet. I called the front desk and informed them that I had enough of being put in two consecutive substandard rooms and that I was checking out. I wanted a refund for the remaining nights that I had paid for. I was told that a refund could only be issued with the authorization of the manager. I was told the manager couldn’t be contacted because she was in India. I told the rep to call. I finally got the remaining days refunded. After leaving I got a email from my bank saying my credit card was charged almost $400.00 by the hotel (after I had already paid and had checked out). I returned to the front desk and got my money refunded back to my credit card.

Room was nice and comfortable but need of more blankets and unstained sheets. Showers hot water would go up and down, and not very hot most of the time. Needs better wifi, knocked devices off or was slow.

You get what you pay for.

Run down motel needs some tlc. Breakfast options mostly ran out within the first 45 minutes, never refilled. Reception said the customers took too much and there was nothing left to restock. Room was 25C with the heat completely turned off, Reception said they would be up to assist, never showed. We had to open both windows wide - not a safe idea at a motel. Only one washcloth for two people, bathroom grout and trim black with mildew/mold. Positive: within walking distance to hospital, good WiFi, staff generally pleasant.

Room 209 Jan. 03/2025 - Bed springs poking up from mattress - Extension cords everywhere - Floor lamp beside bed had a short but worked barely (Fire hazzard) - Smoke alarm hanging out from wall not working - Bathroom sink needs replaced and tap not working properly - Curtain on window to small so no privacy (old and very crinkled) - Continental Breakfast had no fruit, muffins, only a machine for waffles, no bread a little bit of cereal (most was empty) A VERY BAD EXPERINCE - they were questioning me about my reservation but I took a copy of the reservation you emailed me so they honored it - POOR SERVICE
