The room was clean, though some areas felt quite dated and could benefit from a few small updates. For example, the shower curtains were old, and the breakfast selection was very limited. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, and overall it is a good place to stay.

The people yelling and fighting all night long in their rooms and the parking lot was terribly disturbing and no sleep was to be had. Why did the hotel staff not stop this or call the police?

Room was clean and suitable. Staff was pleasant. Next door guests had music blaring at 6am, which wasn't good. Wifi password did not work and breakfast room was not open at 7am, which I was told it would be and sign on door says. I had to leave, so could not have breakfast.

The room looke clean but when i use the bathmat towel it turn black on the bottom when wet. There was a burn hole in bed spread with burned melted plastic from the polyester material which would have be washed off in the washing machine so not sure they laundry the comforter on the bed. Everything thing else was great.

So I stayed each weekend for 6 weeks. I had 3 other people stay in different rooms during this time as well. Over the course of the time we stayed in 6 different rooms, our classmates stayed in other rooms. Some rooms really need an upgrade or to be finished, but overall, they were ok. The last room, room 7, was probably the best room out of all 10 rooms we saw. between water issues, electrical issues, it just seemed like the rooms were not all finished or done properly. The Staff, however, was fantastic! We were very impressed with how efficient, friendly, and accommodating they were! I encouraged my classmates to join us at the hotel, and our experience at RIH finished early, so I spent the last weekend there with my family, and again, I could not have asked for a better experience. More CLEAN towels would have been nice, but that was only a couple of times, and I had to ask for towels every time we spent more than 1 night, although at the front desk it said that if we left the dirty towels in the tub, we would get new ones. When I inquired, I was told I had to ask, but even when I did, I had to come back to the desk and get some. Working at the hospital, I don't want to be using the same towel twice.
