Nothing unique except that you have to ask for housekeeping to make up your room. Weird! Never had that before. Asked for more facecloths. They didn’t have any. Couldn’t get back on the elevator the second night of stay. They only programmed our room cards for the first night of stay ?? Asked for another set of clean towels the second night but there was no one on staff that could bring them to our room. We had to go down and get them ourselves. Probably won’t stay here again.

I love everything about it except the doors are so loud when people are closing them. Woke up early from the loud sounds of doors closing near our room. It can use soft closing doors hinges.

The Desk staff was courteous, efficient, & professional. We’ve stayed at the Kamloops Wingate Hotels before, and its clear that these people know what they’re doing in operating a hotel, and they do it very well. Clean efficient, well decorated and with a decent bed to sleep in. Room; The room was spacious, clean and the furniture well positioned. The bathroom was clean and large enough for a couple to prepare in the morning to start their day. Coffee maker and small fridge are always appreciated when travelling, and this room had each. The bed was large and comfortable, and an assortment of pillows allowed a guest to choose firm or soft depending on your preferences. The room faced the back lot and was quiet in the night. …… did a good job here with running a Hotel. Well done.
