The breakfast was unhealthy and the food terrible. Often hotel breakfasts included with your stay are poor and basically microwave type breakfasts heated up. Not impressed. Our room was clean, quiet and nicely appointed. The hotel gave us a great room and was remarkable looking after my health requests.

Room was ok. Frustrated that we explicitly asked for maid service when we checked in and nothing was touched when we came back to our room after day 1. Went to the front desk to get more towels etc and mentioned to them again that we would like maid service going forward. They did maid service the next morning.

We stayed at Wyndam in Kamloops BC & were delighted with what we found. SO much better than the one in Vancouver - lovely room & even a hot tub (clean!) & pool (clean!) & well-equipped small gym. Friendly & helpful staff. Well done Kamloops! We'd definitely stay there again! Hotel was also walking distance to close to "On the Rocks" - a rocking pub with Canadian-style comfort food. Share the poutine and/or nachos - the servings are huge!
