Ebenezer City View Apartment is located along Albert Cook Road, inside Sai Pali Institute of Technology and Management.
It's a big Apartment block comprising of four floors with both furnished and unfurnished apartments.
The terrace and balcony view is just spectacular.
We are overlooking Makerere University, Namirembe Guest House, Sanyu Babies Home and Namirembe Cathedral.
The apartment has a very nice view of Kampala city and its surroundings right from the terrace.
It's also within close proximity to the popular Cafe Javas restaurant, 500 metres away,and Costco Supermarket 600metres and a 10 minutes walk to Kampala City.
We are endowed with a great and large parking lot with capacity of 20 or more vehicles, and two 24 hour armed security guards.
The environment is very conducive with friendly and welcoming permanent residents.
The property is also located within a distance of 10 minutes drive from the Acacia and Gardencity Shopping mall
centres.
Kasubi tombs, which is a tourist destination is just a 10 minutes walk away.
