Luxury loft apartment in Résidence Marina Kamperland. This new apartment (95 m2) exudes nothing but luxury and comfort. This tastefully furnished apartment is perfectly situated next to the Veerse Meer lake and at the luxury marina in Kamperland. The beach is less than three minutes away by car and no more than 10 minutes by bike. This unique location offers besides all kinds of water sports activities also a lot of culinary enjoyment. The apartment also includes a private parking space.
The space
This apartment is located on the second floor and is equipped for 4 persons. The entrance provides access to two spacious bedrooms (with Smart TV), one with a double bed (divisible into 2 single beds) and one with two single beds. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. There is also a hair dryer. Towels, guest towels, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are always provided as standard.
The spacious and attractively furnished living room has a comfortable seating area and a Smart TV. From the living room you also have access to the balcony with luxurious, comfortable garden furniture. The spacious luxury dining kitchen is equipped with comfort appliances, including an induction hob, a combination microwave, dishwasher a fridge freezer, kettle, juicer, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
There is also a separate room with a washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also available. A camp bed and high chair are always available at no extra charge. In the indoor storage room there is room for your (electric) bikes. Pets are allowed in this apartment. In the parking lot are also 4 electric charging stations available for those who come with an electric car.
