Mauna Lani Beach Club Pass: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.

Fairways at Mauna Lani 606 is located in Building 6 at the Fairway at Mauna Lani in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Fairways at Mauna Lani are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Mauna Lani Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Mauna Lani Beach Resort is a master planned world class resort with Golf Courses, shopping and dining. The Shops at Mauna Lani have restaurants, shops and a grocery store.

All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

This is a wonderful unit! This property is lovingly decorated with koa wood furniture and furnishings. It has high ceilings and gorgeous views of the mountains and trees. The lanai is lovely, as is the upper balcony. We enjoyed the large oil paintings. The property is very comfortable for family living. The upstairs bed and bedding was very comfortable. The upstairs bathroom is spacious. The unit was thoughtfully stocked with things we needed for a great beach/pool vacation (2 boogie boards, plentiful large beach towels, beach chairs, and a nice large cooler with wheels!). We had abundant wooden hangers, closet space, fluffy towels, extra blankets, cooking gadgets, a blender, a rice cooker, and much more. The Resortica Host was very helpful and responsive. We have stayed at Mauna Lani resort condos many times, but this was our first time at this unit or the Fairways. We were so happy we chose 606 Fairways. Two issues that should be addressed by the owner/property manager: 1) all of the writing had worn off the electric ceramic stovetop dials, so it was very tricky to adjust and control the temperatures. Trial and error only. 2) as I think another guest mentioned, the shades in the downstairs bedroom are pretty translucent, so light came in and our child woke up early. For travelers from the mainland trying to get kids to adjust to Hawai'i time, this wasn't ideal. More opaque/light-blocking shades in that room would help (like they are in the master bedroom).Mahalo!

Condo and facilities were spotless. Furnishings very comfortable and decorated nicely. Kitchen had everything you would need for cooking (minus, spices ,oils, etc) but that is mentioned on website. Loved the beach club access !! Great location to grocery store , coffee, smoothies etc. easy walk to resorts and beach walks. Resortica managers very communicative and easy!

Fabulous Villa

The properties around Mauna Lauri are stunning and I felt like the Fairways Villas measure up in every way. Our unit was clean, comfortable and secluded with a great views of one of the holes on the golf course. Everything about the Villa felt high-end. Check-in was easy, checkout was easy.. Very well done.

Quiet Paradise

Property was better than advertised. Communication was fast and easy. Property manager was very accommodating. The residence was clean and comfortable. We grilled steaks on the lanai and cooked breakfast inside most days. The property was quiet and enjoyable, our visit fell within the busy tourist season but the neighborhood was quiet and friendly.

This property offers great outdoor space and view of the golf course. Property was clean but the carpets need cleaning and a new knife set is required. Pool area is beautiful which is one of the main reasons we stay at this location. Hoping to find another unit that is cared for a little more.

Good vacation home

Great house, very comfortable. Everything worked well. Only issue was that you are kind of isolated from a walkability perspective, and you really need to drive to get anywhere interesting (like A-Bay). The Mauna Lani beach club was not as cool as many of the other free beaches in the area. We had little kids (2 and under), and we found it difficult as the place was not particularly babyproofed. But again, the house was wonderful. Just challenging with kids.

Great stay in paradise

We've been to the big island many times and we really enjoy staying at the Fairways. This was our first time at this particular property this unit was fantastic. Very clean and quiet with a well equipped kitchen and a large patio area downstairs. Access to the beach club is a huge plus, great swimming and snorkeling with a nice restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Not good!

The carpet was filthy. The couch was extremely low to the ground and uncomfortable to sit on and also dirty. The master bedroom had no window shades so it made it uncomfortable to undress at night as people could see in. The TV’s were not smart TV’s and cumbersome to use (no streaming) There were signs posted all throughout the place with rules on what and what not to do? including one for the AC to not set it below 74% . The location was nice and the access to the beach club was probably the highlight. Sorry but no, would NOT stay there again.

Overall positive. Good location, nice pool area and fairly quiet compared to other properties in the area we have stayed. Unit has a nice layout and well supplied. Biggest downside is furniture. Old and very uncomfortable.

Great stay!

Loved this property. It’s such a beautiful, private setting. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is fantastic. The only minor suggestion I have is have a starter packet of coffee for the coffee pot for the first morning. We’re hoping to return again next year!

Stay at Fairways 606

Unit was very comfortable with a beautiful private Lanai. We weren’t aware the Beach Club was at least a 40 minute walk away. We drive most days of our stay and it was about a 7-10 minute drive. But there is a nice pool and hot tub within the complex that we also enjoyed.

This should be a five-star property. The unit is well located on the backside of the building facing the golf course, so there is lots of privacy and nice golf course views from the lanai and from the balcony. Nicely furnished. However, two things prevent us from recommending it. First, despite the cleaning fee, the unit was not well cleaned. The was a used washcloth left hanging from the shower head, and dust bunnies and a dead roach in the closets and under the bedside tables (apparently not cleaned for a while). Second and more importantly (moving the washcloth and cleaning up, while annoying, only took a few minutes), the shower was unpleasant and the bath tub unusable. The shower head was the worst low flow shower head I’ve seen (and I’ve been using low flow shower heads for 30 years) and the hot water was only lukewarm, so even using only hot water I was shivering when I got out of the shower. And the tub (which is really nice) would be cold by the time it was filled (even if only using hot water). Since showers are important in Hawaii, I recommend against this unit unless they spend $30 on a decent low flow shower head, turn up the hot water temperature, and do real cleanings between uses. If they do that, I’d say this would be a great unit and strongly recommend it.

Nice Condo and neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay here. This was a new neighborhood for us and we’re not sure what to expect. The condo is in great shape, well equipped and clean. The development is well manicured and close to a very nice quite snorkel beach. I do recommend this unit and neighborhood.

Beautiful, quiet stay.

Great quiet location. Beautiful view of hole #4. Had all the amenities we needed. Including beach items ( chairs, boogie boards, umbrella). The only thing I would say is add blinds to the sliding doors especially to the master bedroom. (Sun rises at 5:30/6:00AM and we were up with the sun). Also need a few more beach towels as we found ourselves doing laundry every night in order to have clean beach/pool towels. Would highly recommend this listing.

Love this area and the house was perfect

Pretty good

Great location, very quiet and lots of extra beach equipment. Now the negative. Definitely need shades or blackout drapes for master bedroom. Floor to ceiling window with great daytime view and super bright at 6am. The kitchen stove and dishwasher needs updating. Controls on range are about invisible and the door to the dishwasher does not close easily and opens by itself when not slammed shut. The TV’s need to be replaced by the new low cost Smarttv/Oled that’s available so cheaply..
