With vaulted ceilings and hardwood decor, Waiulaula 322 has an open floor plan with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ocean and mountain views, a private entrance to the pool deck, and a large en-suite bathroom with both an indoor and outdoor shower. A private office is also attached to the master suite. The second master suite has a king size bed, ocean views, a private entrance to the pool deck, and a big en-suite bathroom with an extra-large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a full size bed and a twin size bed, garden views, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The spacious living room is connected to a fully stocked chef's kitchen that includes a gas range stove top and wine fridge. Guests of Waiulaula Villa 322 may purchase resort access to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay for $195/day in 2025 + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). 2026 fees have yet to be determined and are subject to change. Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.

Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and all associated amenities, where Wai'ula'ula Villa 322 is located, will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal. The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections.
