Very clean one bedroom with a large kitchen area guest house in a rural setting. Very quite neighborhood. Located in the middle of one of the most picturesque parts of the world. Great hiking trails within minutes.

The host Michele and Butch were very warm and friendly. upon entering the place we were greeted by a bottle of wine and snacks. The place was so very clean and it had everything we needed. Located in an area that was quiet, each night we slept great in a comfortable bed. We were traveling with a trailer loaded with off-road toys and Butch went out of his way to plow a path so we could easily get in and out of the property. We could not have asked for more. Butch and Michele are the most congenial Hosts ever and we have already booked for a return next year.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Butch and Michele were so welcoming and hospitable. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The best part was sitting outside at night stargazing. The stars were amazing and made the evenings really special. Such a great spot to relax after exploring the area. Spring Hiking Trip to Utah

We had the best experience here. Hosts wereextremely friendly and welcoming. Offered us anything that we needed. Had a bunch of helpful tips on our hikes and traveling in the area. About 90min from Bryce Canyon NP and 60-90min from Zion, depending on where you’re heading in the park. We needed a place to essentially eat and sleep and this property was perfect. Very peaceful and great views on the porch each night. We will definitely stay again if we come back out this way.

Wonderful stay

This was a perfect place to stay for visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon, and Butch and Michele were perfect hosts. The house was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. We loved coming home there after a day of exploring. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

Great stay in Kanab

Due to weather, we changed our original vacation plans and decided to head south to southern Utah, which we absolutely love. I was so surprised to find this hidden gem of a bungalow to stay in for four nights. The description was accurate and the property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our relaxing stay inin the Kanab area. Due to circumstances, we were not able to visit too much with our hosts, but they were so accommodating and kind. We have stayed in many rental houses over the years and this is absolutely one of the best.

Bruce and Michele were amazing. They greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the place. They also shared with us things to do and restaurants to try. They provided snacks, drinks and ice so we didn’t have to run to the store. Their place was amazing and very comfortable. They provided for all of our needs. We highly recommend their place.

Great place to stay!

I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful place! We were greeted in person. Champagne and snacks! The house is beautiful, modern and up to date. It was a great base for visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon north rim. I hope we can return sometime!

Nice property!

We had a very positive experience! The place was so clean and had all the amenities we needed for a nice day. It was also close to everything we wanted to see which was an extra bonus.
