We were on a long road trip and stopped for the night. We were really annoyed the hotel did not have hot water in the morning so we weren't able to take a shower before an 9 hour drive. They even know this is an issue so that was even more annoying. The hotel was good but if you stay on a weekend you may not get a shower so won't stay again.

It was a great place to stay. My only issue was that the indoor hot tub was under maintenance and the first floor ice machine was not working either. I would still go back, just hope to have those fixed.

I would stay there again.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Felt safe. No hot water for shower. Microwave was very very loud in room. Overall I did enjoy the stay. Great tv selection. Spacious room. Can see the effort just minor bumps and bruises.

Water issues

Everything was okay, room was clean and comfortable enough. My main complaint is that the indoor pool and hot tub were freezing cold. Then when we went to take showers, we had very little hot water. It switched back and forth from cold to luke warm, never getting comfortably warm.

When I look for a room, I want a pool and a hot tub...The pool (indoor) was freezing and the deepest part was 3'6". So I said, forget that, I'll get in the hot tub. HORRIBLE! No jet power - the water was lukewarm at best - water was below several of the exposed jets - the water was dirty...So I said, forget that...I'll take a hot shower... NOPE! Lukewarm showers too! My wife who is cold natured, thought that is was a cold shower! I want a refund!

The hotel was clean, however it took 20 minutes to check-in. The desk clerk was having a hard time finding information for another guest. The breakfast was lacking in choices and the coffee was cold along was the hot water. It took about 45 minutes to get fresh coffee.

The property is very average at most. Woke up to no hot water one morning, room phone didn't work, jacuzzi water was not hot. Definitely in need of some renovations. I would not stay there again.

The hotel was decent, good basic breakfast spread. The kids were excited to swim but the pool was ice cold. The hot tub was warmer but not like a hot tub should be. None of the jets worked either.

Pool and hot tub ice cold. No hot water in shower for two days. Elevator is terrifying and tiny. Room paint was busted/shabby, fridge hadn't been dedrosted in god knows how long and smelled. Breakfast was terrible. Snacks were stale. Coffee was burned. Desk person didn't give a crap, and I can't blame them because they work for the slum owner. Gross. Avoid at all cost.
