We've visited better

It was ok. The hot tub was barley warm. The shower had poor water pressure & was cold. The bathroom door didn't latch. Sadly this is becoming average for hotels.

I decided to just pay whatever extra needed to get a place with a hot tub. When I was checking in another guest asked the receptionist how long the hot tub was expected to be down. The receptionist said he didn’t know, and that maintenance was aware but that was all the info that was given. I was working in the area all weekend and all I wanted was it simmer in a hot tub at night. I also took pictures of the notice on the ice machine that said it wasn’t working so we had to go to the second floor for ice. The place was clean and the breakfast was ok, but pay the extra $30/night for the holiday inn in the same parking lot

One Night Stay

Check-in was great… very helpful and friendly. The room smelled very strongly and wasn’t clean. There was mold in the shower, the mirror had been written on, there was a used bandaid on the bathroom shelving, it was not that great. We were also placed in the room next to the lobby and it was VERY noisy. We could hear EVERYTHING. Overall, the staff was really nice but the facilities were old and grimy.

Had a wonderful stay for two days recently. Staff was very friendly, property was clean. Pool and hot tub area was nice although it got crowded pretty fast. Room was very spacious and clean. Only complaint would be the bed had hard mattresses. Would stay again as we were overall satisfied with our experience.
