I like staying at Hampton Inn’s when I travel. They are very consistent in the cleanliness, staff and rooms. One of the features I really like is the free water in the lobby. I never drink enough water when I travel so I appreciate water being available as you walk in. The bed was comfortable. There were not enough pillows though. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. I was at this hotel on a Chiefs game weekend so the place was packed in the morning for breakfast. We left on Monday morning and the breakfast selection looked better that day but I did not eat anything.

The room was very nice (except for the "squatty potty" low toilet designed for 3rd graders) and the housekeeping staff was kind and helpful. The back entrance steps were horrible for trying to get up with luggage. The incline and number of steps would be challenging for young folks (like the ones who commented such to me) but not doable for anyone with mobility issues who had to park in the back.
