Liked the proximity to Children's Mercy and parking was easy and relatively inexpensive (for downtown KC). But the bed was too firm, and had to deal with heavy footsteps above us from 3:30 a.m. to when we got up. Can't comment on breakfast as we had to check out before 6.

The room was nice. Lighting over the small kitchenette didn't work at night but the next morning it did. The sound from the next room - a phone vibrating throughout the night kept us awake -- meaning the walls were thin. Also, we could hear loud water running for a couple of hours while trying to go to sleep. There was also loud hallway noise at a questionable time. The check in was easy. The breakfast was fine. Attendant was very pleasant. Yogurt was out.
