Great location. Perfect for hopping on the Street car. Pool was too dirty to go into and some staff weren't the most friendly. Breakfast was really good though

Housekeeping, every other day only mounted to emptying the trash and replacing towels. My daughter’s room had a pullout couch, which was so dirty. They couldn’t use it. The noise at night from the traffic was extremely loud. Not sure the area is very safe. The hotel was adequate, but I thought overpriced.

Hotel room was very spacious and clean, with all the amenities. Downtown and right on the free KC ride train so that gave us something to do in our downtime. The hot breakfast was great as well

Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very helpful to have and well-stocked with dishes, etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The exercise room is fantastic. The included breakfast was very good. I have stayed here twice and both times the experience could not have been better. I will stay here again without doubt

We became Hilton Members after staying at this hotel. It was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Walkable distance to so many great restaurants and attractions like Science City. Staff were helpful and friendly and my kid loved their breakfast! And not so ridiculously priced!
