Kansas City Quiet Cottage

This tranquil retreat is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with cozy, stylish furnishings. This is the perfect place to unwind or put in some time focusing in the dedicated office space and then take a quick 15 minute trip to downtown for some excitement. This is guaranteed to be your home away from home.

You will have the entire property to yourself during your stay. The home features a living room, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms, and an office. There is a driveway to part off the street and a large concrete area behind the house.

Feel free to enjoy the entire house—just note that the locked closet and garage are not available.

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests may smoke outdoors only.

Quiet Hours

Please be mindful of noise, especially after 10 PM. Respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Maximum Occupancy

The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. This includes children. Please let us know in advance if you need to accommodate more people.

Parties & Events

No parties or events are allowed at the property. Please respect the space and the surrounding community.

Check-in time: 3 PM
Check-out time: 11 AM
If you need flexibility, please ask in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Cleanliness & Garbage

Please keep the house tidy and dispose of trash in the kitchen trash bin. We kindly ask you do not put liquids in the trash can.

Damage & Breakage

If you accidentally damage anything during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can resolve it.

Kitchen Use

You are welcome to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Make sure to turn off all appliances when not in use. We ask you scrub all dishes and place them in the dishwasher after use.

Parking

Parking is available on the driveway to the left of the property in addition to street parking. Please park in the designated area only. Do not block driveways or other vehicles.

Respect the Property

Please treat the property with care and respect. Do not move or remove furniture or decorations.

No Illegal Activities

Any illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, drug use or vandalism.

Air Conditioning/Heating Use

You are welcome to change the thermostat to whatever temperature you prefer. In the winter months please do not set the temperature below 60 degrees to avoid pipes freezing.
