I am extremely dissatisfied with this rental experience. I paid the full amount two weeks prior to my arrival, and the property owner did send the address three days before the trip, and never provided the access information at all.After traveling eight hours, I arrived with no way to enter the property and nowhere to stay. I contacted VRBO customer service, who also attempted to reach the owner multiple times with no success.Thankfully, VRBO stepped in to help me find new accommodations and offered to cover the price difference up to 100% of what I originally paid. Their support was the only reason I had a place to stay that night.The property owner’s complete lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable. Future renters should be aware of this experience and proceed with caution.
