I wouldn't know the person canelled my reservation after become angry and very agresive at one point waving a desk plaque around desided to cancel my reservation. All because i asked if i could check in a hour early. Shd seemes to offended and thats when she started her rant and agessive talk and behavior. Thd i asked her why shes speaking to me like that i should be upset ivd been waiting for 20 minutes to be helped. Then she really lost it told me it wasnt 20 . That shed been wathing on camera. I asked if she saw me waiting should say hello or ill e d there and minute then she got like she sould hit me and canceledmy resdvation and said she could do whzg she wants im not there cuusomer im priceilnes customer. And told me to leavd. And ive stayed hear at least a half dozen time. And now never again nor any wyndome property if something isnt done about this and this booking company for that matter it takes alkt for md to ulset enkugh to go through all the hassel to put this review together. An d that woman does nog need to bd in any type of job as unstable as she is shes gonna hurt someone. Thank i hope this doesnt fall on deaf ears.
