Located in the Rosedale neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas, this area is home to families and KU Medical Center residents. The neighborhood features Rosedale Park with a disc golf course, skate area, playing fields, and tennis courts. Nearby, shaded trails in Mount Marty Park lead to the Rosedale Memorial Arch, a WWI veterans tribute. Dining along Rainbow Boulevard offers casual BBQ, taquerias, and Asian cuisine including pho and Thai curries.

Step inside to an open-concept living area that flows into the kitchen and dining space, creating a welcoming environment for everyday living and relaxation. The home includes a full bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms, one with a cozy queen bed, and the other with a spacious king bed and a TV for winding down at the end of the day. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement.

A sliding patio door in the kitchen opens to a walkway that leads to the fully fenced backyard. There, you'll find a fire pit, picnic table, and hammock which is perfect for enjoying outdoor time in comfort and privacy.

The backyard is shared with the neighboring unit and includes a gate on both sides of the building. If you're bringing pets, please note that both units may share the outdoor space with their animals.

The fenced in backyard is shared with the unit next to this one. There is a gate that will allow you access to that area. Please note that both units will share the space with their pets if you are bringing them.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee - $100 per pet per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
