Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. However, the staff failed to enforce pandemic prevention regulations, allowing guests to use the lobby without masks. In addition, the housekeeping staff failed to do basic cleaning, like sweeping hardwood floors. The room, in the highest price category, is a bizarrely laid out L-shape, with a pointless hallway entrance, and a bathtub that makes the bathroom gigantic and the bed area tiny. Bad design choices throughout. At this price point in this market, it should be much better than it is.

本次入住河景房型，非常棒的愛河沿岸景觀盡入眼簾，到訪日期是9月底，可能因為窗戶是單層玻璃，到晚上室外溫度仍偏高與室內冷氣巨大溫差的緣故，導致玻璃外面結露，窗景變得模糊，略為可惜，建議以後集團規劃新的分館時，應採用雙層中空或夾膠玻璃來避免結露。 除此之外，舉凡床的舒適、房間隔音、空調及早餐菜色都不在話下，未來還是會考慮再次預訂。
