The property itself embraces the laid-back Kauai atmosphere with oceanfront grounds, pool areas, and beach access just steps away. Guests often spend time walking the shoreline, relaxing beneath the palms, or enjoying sunrise views along the coast.

Kapaa is one of Kauai’s most convenient and locally loved areas, offering easy access to many parts of the island. Nearby, guests can explore beaches, waterfalls, scenic drives, local cafés, food trucks, hiking trails, and outdoor adventures throughout the island. The central location also makes day trips around Kauai simple and convenient.

- Due to the shortage of car rentals and rideshare transportation, travelers to Hawaii are strongly urged to secure a rental car at the time of booking.

- Front desk hours are 8 a.m.-11 p.m.
- If you plan to arrive at the resort outside of normal front desk hours, please call the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival.
- The on-site beach is not suitable for swimming. The nearest swimmable beach is five minutes from the resort.
- Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
- Kapaa Shores is now a Smoke-Free Resort. No smoking is allowed on the entire property at Worldmark Kapaa Shore.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.

BEFORE YOUR STAY
