The Resort is located in Historic Kapaa town, a 15 minute drive from the airport and ideally located right across the street with a Starbucks! Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

The townhome location was steps away from the beach, next to the pool and beach front restaurant. Our kids LOVED the pool with the water slides. There’s a Safeway across the street which is convenient. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the beach every morning. Definitely would stay here again! 3

We absolutely loved the location! The lanai was a favorite relaxing spot for us to sit with our coffee and enjoy the ocean waves. The sunrise was only steps away plus we got to share the morning sun on the beach with a seal! We enjoyed H104. It is a great location and the room is well maintained, fully equipped and ready to go. Be aware that the second bed in the 2nd bedroom is a hideaway, but adequate as a bed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had an awesome time! Accommodations were perfect! I love that it is on the bottom floor, 50 steps to the beach. We loved to sit on the beach and read in the morning. You can walk to the Coconut Marketplace on a great path with the waves crashing along the way.

Amazing Condo with a view

Our stay was amazing. It was my wife, daughter (21 months) and my mom. The unit was very clean and spacious with everything you need (including beach chairs and a pack n play and booster seat!). The view was incredible and was so close to the pool, beach, or trail to walk and run every morning!

Amazing week!

My family of 6 (me, husband, and 4 sons - 14, 12, 9, 5) stayed here for a week and it was just about perfect. The location in the resort was great with easy access to the pool, beach, restaurant, and a nice grassy area right outside for the kids. It was well appointed for our group size, with plenty of sleeping spaces, except we were a little short on forks. We would definitely come back here again!
