Penthouse view

Nice area to vacation at. Beach / lagoon area not too crowded. Pricey eating places, but great service and good food. Kapolei not too far for shopping, gas, groceries, and fast food.

Outstanding stay!

We truly enjoyed our time at Ko’Olina Villas. The entire facility was very well maintained and the staff was friendly and attentive. The view was amazing. It was quiet, the lagoon was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the quiet pool. We definitely will stay at Ko’Olina again, in our same unit.

75th birthday celebration

BEST rental we have ever stayed there. The location, the lagoon, view, service, amenities, convenient parking and pools are more than what we expected. We have stayed at the Marriott which we love but with the family, this place is more than perfect with plenty of room and comfort. First time saying that I would be back to this exact place. Beautiful Oceanview Condo in Ko Olina

Great location in Ko Olina directly on the beach, expansive views of the ocean from the very large lanai with fully opening sliding door. Spacious two bedroom / two bath unit with a full kitchen and spacious eating area. Kids enjoyed both pools - despite the size of the resort the pools were not crowded and the adjacent ocean lagoon area was fairly open as well. Easy check-in, the hosts were very easy to work with and accommodated a frequently changing estimated arrival time courtesy of our airline. Although we didn't use the availability of multiple grills on the property is a plus - we will be back!

Ideal location

Beautiful in evert respect. Clean, comfortable, well appointed with nice furnishings, spectacular view, and complete kitchen. (Although the design of the kitchen leaves no cupboards to use a a pantry so food needs to be stacked on the counter.) We rented the units in the same complex and this one was BT FAR the best.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas KoOlina. The property was clean and the views and time spent there was great. Be prepared to follow a litany of rules and sign to arrest you will follow them.

This was a beautiful resort and definitely a place of joy!!

Everything was wonderful — the condo was well stocked and very clean. We really enjoyed the view and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset each evening. The WiFi worked well which was important since I was working some during our stay. Would definitely stay again

Gorgeous Views!

Overall we had a wonderful time. The place was awesome, we have stayed at these villas before and I would say it was very good overall. The Property Management team was very responsive to our questions, which was awesome. I think my only “wish” would have been better wifi as it froze quite a bit. We reset the router several times to get it going again. All in all- very nice

Perfect Family Vacation

Our stay was perfect! The condo had all the necessities for cooking and it came fully equipped for the beach. The view was amazing - the pool was great for the kids. The staff were super helpful. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful View but Filled with Ants

The unit location was beautiful and the view was wonderful but upon arrival we noticed the entire common area was infested with ants (even before any food was brought in) which made our stay uncomfortable as they were all over my son’s toys and anytime we sat in the living areas we could feel them crawling on us. We asked for ant baits after realizing the problem was just getting worse each day, and while the property managers said they would bring some over, they never came. I also got bit by spiders and mosquitoes during my stay there while the week before spent at Aulani and Waikiki were pest free. I can’t pinpoint if this was specific to the unit though. While the listing price was reasonable, after all the fees, we were paying the same amount per night as our stay in a villa at Aulani with no ant or pest problems and a whole lot more amenities offered. Also, the furnishings were quite dated and the owner had a little too much fun with their labeler all over the unit, making it feel a tad less luxurious than we were anticipating. With that being said, the property was lovely although the lagoon did not allow for us to being an umbrella or any sort of covering. We did not have a problem finding space under some trees for shade however and my son enjoyed feeding the koi fish on property. Our greeter was very nice and helped accommodate an early check in which we really appreciated.

We stayed in OT1004. Had a gorgeous view. There was a private elevator to this unit. Kitchen was extremely complete. Love the pools, hot tubs and lagoon. Unit was peaceful. Highly recommend this unit. Would love to rent again when we visit again.

Perfect Vacation

We had another amazing stay at the Beach Villas! The condo was clean and well maintained and stocked with everything we needed for a week on the beach. The property itself is beautiful and we always find the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. Our experience with Ola Properties was seamless. We can’t wait to return!
