This luxury villa is located in the Beach Tower (closest tower to the ocean and beach) on the 5th floor in the stack next to the end cap ocean front villas (B507). It has been professionally decorated and furnished. You'll be impressed with the spectacular ocean view from every room. The spacious lanai is accessed through not only the living area but also the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors open allowing the living area to become part of the lanai. The lanai also overlooks the amazing lagoon style pool. The spacious villa is 1,486 square feet and has a king size, queen size, two twin size beds (option to combine together) and a queen size sofa bed.

This is our third time staying at the Villa properties and this was the only bad experience we had. Stove top and oven never got hot took hours to cook food washer and dryer were not functioning properly, the washer would leak. The dryer would not dry clothes fully all three toilets would have a random leak. We went over 24 hours with no hot water. Only had one functioning, hot tub that never really got hot. Kids at the villa while you were trying to swim, announcing that they were peeing, jumping and splashing in the pools. We were expected to run the dishwasher before we left, but the whole time we were there, the dishwasher would not function properly. It would randomly open and it would not clean the dishes. You would have to run two or three cycles for it. Was told maintenance was going to come look at our water around 8:30 at night. We stayed up until 10 waiting for them and they never showed And then we found out the next morning that floors one through seven did not have hot water and then by 4 PM the next day they still did not have anyone out there to address the issue.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Ko Olina condo! We traveled with a family of five adults, and the three bedroom three bathroom setup was perfect. We all had space and yet the condo had lots of comfortable common areas. The view was wonderful - unobstructed ocean views from all windows. The beds were extremely comfortable and we were able to cook a lot of meals in the house. The condo was also an easy walk to the nearby lagoon and the ocean. We would definitely stay again!

Outstanding stay! The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect—overlooking the pool with a beautiful ocean view. We loved relaxing on the lanai with early-morning coffee and evening cocktails. Being close enough to the pool bar to hear the live music was a bonus—not too loud, just enough to add to the tropical vibe.We had six adults and a six-month old in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. The villa was also well stocked with beach toys and accessories, which we really appreciated.Unfortunately, we happened to visit Oahu during a week of severe wind and rain, with some schools and businesses on the north shore and east side of the island even closing for a day. Despite the rough weather, we still had a wonderful time. Our 6-month-old grandson especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai in his high chair, taking in the scenery.We even extended our stay by an extra day to try to catch more sunshine! We can’t recommend this place enough—we will be back. Michael and Susie were very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Truly great hosts!

The condo was more spacious than we had anticipated, with views to the pools and lagoons that were outstanding! Our family of seven were very comfortable our entire stay. Our 14 and 11-year-old grandsons thought they hit the jackpot with access to the pools and the lagoons. We will definitely plan another trip in the future and would love to stay at this wonderful condo again.

Our youngest recently married and we celebrated with this trip. We had 6 of us most of the week and 8 for one night in our space. The resort was beautiful and view was great. I’m glad we only had one night on sleeper sofa, that was rough. We also enjoyed meals on the lanai but the oven and cook top took forever to heat. And the dead plants need to be removed. The large table inside was great for games but the chairs need new foot pads because they are heavy and make Terrible noise when you pull them out. The carpet could be cleaned or replaced soon but the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs. We would definitely come back.

Relaxing and all I wanted

Amazing Resort!

This resort is beautiful! We loved being away from the busy Waikiki area. We did end up traveling about 45 min to a hour most days to go see various parts of the island. Traffic can be challenging, but that’s expected with any large city. For us, it was worth the drive time to stay in a more peaceful, relaxing and less crowded location. The lagoons are perfect for families with younger kids with no waves. We loved the pool area and our two youngest always looked forward to Koi feeding time. Having coffee in the morning and dinner on the large patio was absolute bliss. We had everything we needed for cooking all meals in the kitchen. The unit has plenty of beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear and boogie boards. All beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful property and unit. The staff is amazing and the host/owners were very quick to reply with any questions we had. Don’t hesitate, just book this rental, you won’t regret it!

Amazing Location and Rental Unit

This Villa was one of the most exquisite and enjoyable experiences I have had on a vacation. The Villa with 3 bedroom, 3 baths, enormous balcony and more than enough living space for our party of 6 allowed us all to be very comfortable. The resort had a beautiful pool and grounds which we took advantage of every day! The location was perfect as Ko Olina is one of the quieter areas on the island yet within a short drive to everything! Highly recommend the Beach Villas and this unit in particular!
