High above Kappl, in a peaceful and sunny location, lies Haus Siegele: your perfect retreat in the Tyrolean mountains. Enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. A special highlight is the sauna on the second floor, included once per stay in winter. The sauna is not available during summer. Surrounded by nature, away from the crowds and only a few minutes from the village centre, this is a holiday you will remember
Haus Siegele sits on the sunny side of the Paznaun valley, in a quiet spot above Kappl – about 1.5 km from the village centre and roughly 3 km from the mountain lifts. The ski bus stops right outside the house and takes you free of charge to the Dias ski area; Ischgl is just 12 km away.
Kappl is a paradise for hikers and bikers, with trails and tours for every level, cosy mountain huts and alpine pastures, plus fishing, tennis and the Sunny Mountain adventure park for families. A real highlight is the culinary Jakobsweg, where star chefs cook up at the huts. Romantically set chapels and a lively events calendar round off the summer.
The family-friendly ski area offers ten lifts and around 40 km of perfectly groomed slopes. A special treat: the 6 km floodlit natural toboggan run, with toboggan evenings every Tuesday and Thursday. Add winter hiking trails, snowshoe tours and great conditions for snowboarders
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located
Silvretta Card is included for stays from July through September
