Great coffees and pies at Vinnie's Cafe in the township. There are ample things to do in Karamea or just come and sit out on the deck and unwind or cosy up by the fire. Ride or walk the Heaphy Track and relax in the hot tub when you arrive. We cater for couples or four singles for the bed arrangements you just have to let us know what you prefer. You won't be bored Karamea also has short walks, cave tours to the Oparara Caves or just go visit the Oparara Basin we have spectacular scenery here on the West Coast, take an evening stroll around the Karamea Estuary track. Bring your rod and cast out for a snapper at Mossyburn Bridge or throw the line out up the Karamea River for a trout. Check out our museum and the history of Karamea.
