The villa is situated just a 5 minutes stroll from the centre of the enchanting Kalkan village and harbour, which is packed with delicious restaurants and is known as a premier holiday resort in the ‘Turkish Riviera’.

The Space:
Villa Leyla is a bright and spacious, six bedroom, six bathroom villa for groups of up to twelve people looking for a luxurious holiday, and is an ideal base for trips to some of Turkey’s finest heritage sites within the Lycian region.

The fully retractable floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow the outside in and create a magnificent atmosphere of light, air and space creating a truly memorable holiday experience.

It is only a 10-15 minutes easy walking to Kalkan town centre and 5-10 minutes walk to shops, restaurants.

If you love outside living then Villa Leyla is the place to be, with a great infinity pool, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, and private balconies with fantastic views on the upper floors.

Villa Leyla has single beds (4), double beds (4), dining and lounge seats for 12 guests.

The villa will be cleaned and clean linens & towels will be provided for all 12 people.

Villa Leyla has stunning sea views & nature views by the sunbathing area, private swimming pools & garden.

Dining table & chairs. Stone built bbq by the pool, veranda, table tennis, 12 sun lounges and parasols at the patio area.

There is plenty of space to park at the front of the property

Kitchen

The modernly designed, fully fitted, open plan kitchen has a: fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dinner set for twelve people, pans, stewpots, cutlery, and knives.

The lounge area has sea & nature views, classic seating, LCD satellite TV, DVD player, wifi, air conditioning, table and chairs for twelve people and access to the pool and patio area.

Bedroom 5 is a twin bedroom with air-con, wardrobe, and vanity unit. This room shares a bathroom with bedroom 6.



Bedroom 6 is a double bedroom with air-con, wardrobe, and vanity unit. This room shares a bathroom with bedroom 5.

Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £200 subject to no damage.

Please note, cots and highchairs are available for an extra £25 each per week.
