Inside, the open plan ground floor is elegantly styled in calming neutral tones. The contemporary kitchen, complete with an island breakfast bar and double width fridge, is perfectly equipped for preparing memorable meals, while the inviting living area, with its large flat-screen TV, is a comfortable space to unwind. 

This relaxed aesthetic flows throughout all five bedrooms, arranged across three levels. On the lower ground floor, two bedrooms open directly onto the garden and pool level, alongside a utility room, with further steps down to the games room. Upstairs, two further bedrooms share a balcony with lovely sea views. Occupying the top floor, the principal bedroom with its en suite shower room enjoys access to a wraparound balcony, affording impressive views over the Ionian Sea, surrounding countryside, valleys, mountains and across to Zakynthos.

The outdoor space at Astoria is equally remarkable. Additionally, several bars, plus an excellent Artisan Cakery (yes cakery!), two well stocked supermarkets and even the award-winning Sarris Winery are all within a 20 minute stroll.

Perfectly positioned for exploring the island, Astoria is also just a 20-minute drive from Argostoli. This lively capital is known for its vibrant atmosphere and rich history, with a bustling harbour lined with cafés, restaurants, and shops. Visitors can enjoy fresh local produce, scenic views across the water, and even spot the resident sea turtles that frequently glide through the bay.
