Located just a short ten minute stroll (or a two minute drive) from the quiet village of Antipata (600m), Nikolas offers easy access to local essentials, including a mini-market, a snack bar, and two traditional tavernas serving Greek favourites. A further five-minute drive brings you to Fiskardo (4km), one of Kefalonia’s most picturesque harbour towns, famous for its colourful Venetian architecture, boutique shops, and excellent waterfront dining.

The villa’s setting also places you close to some of the island’s most beautiful beaches. Emplisi Beach (3.5km) and Foki Bay (6km) are both within easy driving distance, offering crystal-clear waters and scenic surroundings. For those who enjoy exploring on foot, forest paths lead to hidden coves such as Dafnoudi Beach (1.6km), perfect for a more secluded swim.

Inside, Nikolas is spread across two levels and has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and space.
