Welcome to our lake view 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, spacious and bright entire suite.

Located 4 minutes' drive away from Summerhill winery, Mike and Lizzy's Cherry U-Pick, Twin Oak Organic Orchard, Sun City Cherries, and a 10-minute drive away from the lake, you can easily enjoy water activities.

The suite is thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.

As you step into our spacious and bright suite, you'll immediately feel at home. Large windows flood the space with natural light.

The highlight of the entertainment area is a spacious room that serves as both a multifunctional space and a venue for activities, featuring a pool table and a treadmill.

The large covered patio is quite nice and is best enjoyed during your morning coffee or afternoon drink.

IMPORTANT: According to BC provincial regulations, short-term rentals are only permitted in a host’s principal residence. This means guests will be staying in the same house as the host(hosts live above the unit), but guests will enjoy an entire separate entrance, entire guest suite, private patio and full privacy.

IMPORTANT: The outdoor steps are uneven, made of rock, and can be steep for you. For safety reasons, guests with mobility limitations, significant balance issues, dizziness, or those who require handrails or assistance are advised not to book this unit.

IMPORTANT: The kitchen is designed for light cooking and convenience. It is not a full kitchen (no stove, no dishwasher), but it includes everything you need for simple meals and drinks: microwave, multi-function air fryer, coffee maker, rice cooker, electric kettle, filtered water, and both large and mini refrigerators.

IMPORTANT: For the safety of our guests and the property, a video doorbell has been installed at the main entrance. It only records the entrance area, not the interior of the unit, and is used solely for security purposes. Registration Number:

Place was very clean inside, not clean on deck or outside cushions. Great view of city and lake. Location was not ideal. Beds were comfortable. air conditioning was great. offered limited kitchen utensils. no bowls, serving dishes, large spoons, no pots etc. provded limited toiletries for a week stay. we had to buy our own. had to buy a toilet brush, and bbq brush. garbage was left outside by others, we could not clean it up. no access to a brum etc. The outside area and steps to the entrance were not safe, not accesible, very uneven and steep. TV did not work most of the time, not good connection. Noise from upstairs varied including hearing piano playing.

Spacious and an Amazing View!

The stay was great, lots of space, nice bathrooms and a wonderful view of the lake! I will say that this suite is not accessible for people with mobility issues or young children as there are some very large natural cut stone steps to access the front and there is no fence in front of the steep terraced backyard.

The property was very comfortable, served all our needs. Good central location to get to surrounding ski hills (all about 1.5 hours drive). Also close to some good wineries. The host was very clear with communications and addressed any concerns we had.

Week stay

Stayed with my family while the kids were in sport camps. The location was close to MNP and H2O which worked well for us. It was nice to have the bedrooms separate as my kids were on much different schedules. The ping pong table was great for the kids. I wish the kitchenette was better stocked with wine opener, tea towel and freezer. There was some noise transfer between upstairs and the unit but the owner was very responsive to our schedule and noise wasn’t an issue. Overall a nice play with a very responsive owner. I would recommend.

Golf break

Walk out basement 2 bedroom suite. Clean and comfortable with 2 bedrooms and own bathrooms. A couple suggestions for the kitchen would be some glasses and a few wine glasses and a bottle opener. It is wine country. Great view from the deck outside as well. Owners are living above and start moving around 7am.
