Brookside Bungalow is the perfect combination of centrally located but peaceful and serene. Just under a mile and a half to the heart of desirable Dock Square downtown Kennebunkport! The bungalow is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and comfort. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen, gas stove for cozy nights in, a covered balcony overlooking the river, a plush queen bed, beautiful and bright bathroom with a glass shower, ceiling fans, and a minisplit for comfort through all seasons!

I’m pleased to announce I once again have the pleasure of hosting Brookside Bungalow! While it says it’s a new listing, I have hosted this gem prior, and maintained all 5 star reviews. I’m confident you too will deem it worthy of 5 stars!

This thoughtfully designed guest house features a cathedral ceiling in the main living area which creates a sun filled spacious area! The kitchen is high end with a gas stove and fully equipped. The living room has a large smart TV for streaming and a gas stove for those cozy nights in. There is a dining table that seats 3 to enjoy your meals. The bedroom en-suite features a plush very comfortable queen bed, 2 oversized nightstand with drawers for storage, with the bathroom right off the bedroom with a glass shower. Another perk of the bungalow is the washer and dryer in the unit and for any guest to use!

Nestled next to the Cape Arundel Golf Course and Goffs Brook, the Brookside Bungalow is such a peaceful setting. With a covered porch overlooking the brook, it’s a perfect way to enjoy your morning coffee or a drink at sunset as you listen to the sounds of the babbling brook. The bungalow also has a fire pit and BBQ grill to take full advantage of those good weather days! A quick drive (or walk for those more agile guests) into Dock Square, and just over 2 miles to our most popular beach - Goochs Beach!

Provided with your stay are beach supplies - towels and a beach bag, coffee/sugar/creamer, basic cooking essentials, toiletries. My style of hosting is that the guest shouldn’t go without.

Guests have access to the entire bungalow and side yard. Please note the patio next to the main house is off limits to guests.

I live diagonally from the bungalow so I am very close by should you need anything! I will always respect guests privacy and let you take the lead.
